The goal of the project is to increase competitiveness by creating conditions for sustainable growth and development.
Procurement of modern information and communication technology (ICT) will greatly improve business efficiency and the information flow necessary for decision making, enineering, and production planning.
The total value of the project is HRK 977,050.00. The company will invest HRK 293,212.71 and the rest will be co-funded by the EU funds.

The company will purchase an ERP system, design software, printers, plotters, computers, and tablets necessary for the engineering department, accounting, production, and administration. Insufficient equipment and obsolete software will be replaced with state-of-the-art devices and technology which will improve competitiveness and open new opportunities in international markets.
Promid d.o.o. plans to purchase information and communication equipment as follows: one A1 format plotter, two printers, one A0 format plotter, ten keyboards and computer mice, one photocopier, four 3D mice, one computer for the managing director, one server, four Solidworks, one ERP system, one projector and a screen, seven monitors, one inventor software, six design computers, two tablets, seven AutoCAD LT, and four laptops.
ERP system contains the following modules: CRM, procurement, sales, warehousing and production, finance and accounting, transport, controlling, CMS, quality control, and human resources.
The introduction of the new ICT will cut the time in production planning (software and more efficient computer equipment), while the ERP system will provide timely insight into all business processes. It will also be valuable to the management in decision-making processes. The company plans to reduce the time in the production preparation process, primarily in the engineering department, and ensure a timely and reliable information flow.
